I began my career as a full-time freelance artist around 1995 in advertising design and illustration. I then moved on to being a cover artist for several novel, journal and magazine publishers, illustration work for companies including Lucas Films, as well as doing a wide variety of toy, collectible and product design. I'm currently the lead medical illustrator for the American College of Cardiology, I provide illustrations to Elsevier medical publishing and NorthShore University Health System, and I still design collectibles for the Bradford Exchange.
